We are looking for a Quality Operation Assistant to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Chinese and English, along with a foundation in IT and office software. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and track all meeting affairs, ensuring smooth communication and documentation.
• Oversee the operation management and quality monitoring of departmental business, supporting implementation and performance achievement.
• Review and report on quality results regularly, identifying risks and issuing warnings as necessary.
• Track and facilitate the resolution of outstanding issues to ensure business objectives are met.
• Assist the quality operation team in handling daily administrative affairs and maintaining smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude toward work.
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic IT knowledge with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience in IT maintenance is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
