Virtual Assistant Internship for Online English School How to English.

Responsibilities:

Manage Telegram and WhatsApp communities, ensuring active engagement and prompt responses to inquiries.

Schedule trial lessons and coordinate with students and teachers.

Provide basic customer support: answer questions about courses, pricing, and enrollment.

Track payments and maintain organized records.

Assist with administrative tasks related to the school’s operations.

Occasionally post updates or announcements in the communities.

Requirements:

Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).

Experience in customer support, community management, or virtual assistance.

Familiarity with Telegram and WhatsApp platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and availability during business hours in the USA.

Proactive and communicative, with a passion for helping others.

Conditions:

Part-time position (20 hours per week, flexible schedule).

Fully remote work. Meeting occasionally in person for coffee or lunch to discuss current affairs & inspiration.

Pai internship with probation period, with opportunities for increased hours and pay rate as the business grows.

Training and support provided to help you succeed in the role.
