Job Identification

We are looking for the Marketing Intern to be a part of Modern Trade marketing team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What We Expect:

· Assistance in development and launching marketing activities in Modern Trade Channel

· Document management for clients (drafting contracts, creating PR\PO\GR)

· Introduction and formation of FIT/Nielsen reports, and further analysis of this report. (Penetration, Shares, Category growth, etc.)

· Audit of the marketing warehouse, assess the status of materials and distribute them with the team.

· Close cooperation with Sales Department, including regional managers and supervisors

· Work with the team to plan, create and implement effective in-store brand visibility and other activities including display, racks and Point of Sales (POS) materials - from concept development to delivery to regions

· Support the Modern Trade marketing team in daily administrative tasks

· Working with creative agencies (suppliers) & coordination and support of events

· Field visits, assessment of the condition of Point of Sales (POS) materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

· In your last year of an undergraduate or master degree

· Or graduated recently and have less than 1 year of work experience

· Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames

· Organized, dependable and detail oriented

· Knowledge Kazakh, Russian and English languages

· Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel

· Excellent communication skills, document management skills.
