You're not just a marketer — you're a strategist, builder, and cultural translator.
You understand platforms, but even better — you understand people.
You speak the language of TikTok trends, YouTube trust, and Instagram emotion.
You think globally, act with empathy, and lead with clarity.

What you’ll do

• Lead and evolve our influencer strategy across US, Europe, and Asia
• Build or scale a diverse, creative team: from hiring to inspiring
• Establish long-term partnerships with global creators and agencies
• Elevate brand reputation, drive awareness and organic reach
• Work closely with our PR, content, and product teams
• Dive into data, insights and reporting to continuously grow performance

What we value

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role, strategic mindset, strong soft skills
• Proven growth through creator partnerships
• Deep, hands-on experience in international markets (US, EU, Asia)
• Fluent English (C1+), Fluent Russian (C1+), excellent communication & writing skills

✨ Nice to have

• Experience in startups or high-growth digital products
• Global creator network or agency connections
• Bonus: additional languages or regional market knowledge
