Job requirements:

• The main criteria for candidate is a huge motivation and active interest in HR field!
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Intermediate / Upper-intermediate English (both written and speaking) ·
• Advanced user of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Assistance experience will be a plus
• An ideal candidate should have the following personal skills: responsible, result oriented, dynamic, flexible, ready for routine work.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Developing and executing training programs’ schedule according to learning matrix for the respective service line.
• Administering payment process for learning activities.
• Administering SAP SF system on all L&D related activities.
• Supporting internal clients on any learning issues.
• Organization and support in local and international certifications
• Preparing reports
• Drawing up contracts, both with employees and external providers
