What we do

Valuation of a business or assets may be required in various situations that may be regarded as key to a company's development.

Our Fixed Assets Valuation specialists have the technical knowledge and practical experience to carry out an objective and independent valuation. Their analysis will allow the client's management to focus on the key strategic issues and day-to-day management factors that have the greatest impact on the company's activities.

Responsibilities:

You may be involved in projects Fixed Assets Valuation, covering:

• Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic data, conducting industry research;

• Preparing fixed assets valuation models (Excel);

• Report writing and checking;

• Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company (also during site visits);

• Preparation and supervision of preparation of marketing and presentation materials.

• Higher education or last year student (preferable engineer);

• No experience/ or 1- 3 years in valuation/accounting/economic/engineer/real estate consulting;

• Basic understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, financial analysis;

• Fluent English in order to work with documentation;

• Good writing skills in Russian and English;

• PC literate (familiar with MS Office);

• Good financial modeling skills (including VBA) will be an advantage;

• Analytical skills, attention to details;

• Ready to learn and work hard;

• Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks;

• Based in Almaty or Nur-Sultan

• Working as part of an experienced team on complex Fixed Assets Valuation projects for major local and multinational companies;
