Обязанности:

• Provide project management support to Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Understand client’s technical requirements and business priorities; develop solutions and represent them to internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate client migrations required by Visa, including those from Edit Package to Visa Clearing Exchange, with zero or minimal client impact.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project related issues.
• Contribute to development of implementation plans and procedures with a focus on operational efficiency and scaling to support CS objectives.
• Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa client institutions, processors and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and influence internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments.
• Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
• Report project accomplishments and deliverables to management on weekly or monthly basis.

Требования:

• Minimum of 5 years’ of professional experience in a technical support role in software or financial services.
• Working knowledge of Visa network including clearing and settlement would be an added advantage.
• Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical issues and apply to business solutions.
• Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations.
• Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines.
• Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
• Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills are essential.
• Project management skills are preferred but certification is not required.
• Ability to write and speak English fluently is essential.
