Automated Communication Solutions Ltd. is a fast-growing IT company that enhances customer communications through AI technologies. We're actively expanding and strengthening our team. We’re currently looking for a talented Project Manager to join us and gain unique experience working in a dynamic IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work on problem-solving to maintain and increase customer loyalty

• Internal communication with departments to address client requests

• Maintain internal documentation and reports based on client work

• Assign tasks to account managers and assistants and control their execution

• Onboard interns for account manager positions

• Communicate with clients: daily online meetings and chat communication

• Build and maintain client loyalty

• Manage mid-size and large client accounts

• Conduct project analytics

Requirements:

• Experience in managing people/project teams and conducting client meetings

• Language proficiency: Russian – C2, English – C1

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients

• Analytical mindset combined with strong soft skills

• High literacy level

• Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Problem-solving abilities and building long-term relationships

• Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork skills

• Leadership qualities

• Proficient in using computers, office equipment, and quick to learn new task management systems and messengers
