About the Company
Biometric.Vision is an international technology company specializing in biometrics and AI solutions for KYC, Liveness Detection, and Anti-Fraud. Our clients include companies from the USA, Mexico, Singapore, UAE, and other countries.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of Delaware Franchise Tax + Annual Report.

• Filing IRS Form 1120 (C-Corp) and related forms (5472, 1099, W-8BEN/W-9).

• Consulting and support of international tax operations (USA, Mexico, Singapore, UAE).

• FATCA and FBAR reporting.

• Bookkeeping in QuickBooks/Xero.

• Advisory on transfer pricing and Double Tax Treaties (DTT).

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Delaware C-Corp.

• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations (USA, Mexico, Singapore, UAE).

• Proficiency in US GAAP, FATCA, FBAR.

• Advanced English (for IRS and banking communication); Spanish is an advantage.

• Experience with QuickBooks/Xero, Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, Mercury.

Preferred Certifications

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant, USA) — priority.

• EA (Enrolled Agent, IRS license).

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

• DipIFR (ACCA Diploma in IFRS) — plus.

• Regional certifications (CPC — Mexico, SCA — Singapore) will be an advantage.
