Обязанности:

• Manage the end-to-end operational processes for export shipments via rail from Kazakhstan.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, railway operators, and other relevant partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
• Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including but not limited to shipping instructions and transportation documents.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any potential issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and operational activities.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across various communication channels (e.g., email, phone, virtual meetings, messenger apps).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and railway procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• Demonstrated understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, preferably with experience in rail transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Working proficiency in English is essential.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with export documentation and procedures is a plus.
