Demand planning and S&OP specialist

To organize and facilitate the full S&OP cycle, including communication with key stakeholders, support of the Anaplan planning system, and consolidation of the company-wide demand forecast.

• S&OP Process Ownership:
• Organize and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle (demand meetings, supply meetings, executive review);
• Support the integrated planning system Anaplan.
• Prepare final presentations;
• Communicate with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance leaders).
• Demand Forecast Consolidation:
• Responsible for the final, aligned demand forecast across the company;
• Forecast demand for key or complex product groups (e.g., new launches);
• Guide and oversee task distribution among specialists;
• Act as the main point of contact for the Logistics Director.
  

• University degree in logistics, planning, economics, Math or IT;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in S&OP or supply chain management;
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings and communicating with senior management;
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and supply planning principles;
• Experience with planning systems, preferably Anaplan.;
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerBI;
• Ability to prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership;
• Team management and task delegation skills.;
• Fluency in Russian and English.
