RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Due Diligence: to deal with DD process for Russia and CIS legal entities (submitting requests to the internal systems, interacting with the personnel, to collect documents and prepare them for the Due Diligence Committees, to prepare protocols of DD Committee, participation in regular DD Committee, etc.), to conduct training for the employees
• Policy Development: to assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and procedures re DD process
• Risk Assessment: to assist the Compliance Director in regular risk assessment to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
• Compliance monitoring: to make monitoring of 3rd parties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a compliance role & due diligence
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
