Dealing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the dealing team and manage daily dealing operation

• Perform trade execution and monitor customers’ trading activities (trade surveillance) in US equity markets, may expand to other market and products subject to business' expansion

• Identify and resolve trading issues promptly (if any)

• Liaise with different parties such as clients, settlement and front-line departments

• Perform UAT on new developed systems

• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by department head

Requirements

• Diploma or above holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;

• ASFA approved person for dealing

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in securities dealing;

• Experience in managerial role is preferred;

• Solid experience in US and KAZ equity markets;

• Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken Russian, Kazakh & English

• Night Shift for the US market
