Demand Planning Manager

In this role, you will:

• Manage and maintain medium- and short-term supply plans for assigned product categories, manufacturing plants, and SKUs to ensure product availability and business continuity.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing sites, procurement, logistics, and demand planning teams to align supply plans with business requirements.
• Monitor finished goods availability and inventory levels to ensure optimal product supply and customer service performance.
• Analyze variances between planned and actual results, including production output, deliveries, and inventory levels, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
• Prepare materials for and actively participate in Supply Review, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of supply plans within planning systems and tools.
• Prepare and analyze key supply chain performance reports and KPIs, including Service Level, Inventory, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and other operational metrics.
• Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall supply chain performance.

We’d Love to Hear From You If:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Management, or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You possess advanced Excel skills.
• You are proficient in creating presentations, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• You have Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and make informed decisions.
• You demonstrate leadership capabilities, take initiative, and are able to effectively manage priorities and drive results.
• You have excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
