About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee and manage all commercial contracts related to airport property. In this key role, you will be responsible for the administration, negotiation, and compliance of leases, licenses, and property agreements that support the airport's strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial contracts associated with airport properties (retail, office, industrial, logistics, etc.).

  • Negotiate new leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations with tenants and stakeholders.

  • Ensure all property agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

  • Work closely with legal, finance, planning, and operations teams to align property management with airport development strategies.

  • Monitor tenant compliance, rent collection, and contract deliverables.

  • Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of leased properties.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on property performance, occupancy, and contract status.

  • Serve as a key liaison between the airport and tenants, ensuring a high standard of service and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management or contract management, ideally within an airport or transportation environment.

  • Strong knowledge of property law, lease agreements, and commercial contract negotiations.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to analyze legal documents and financial reports.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
