Job Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Analyst focused on courier payments, you will manage the timely and accurate processing of payments to couriers who deliver food orders. You will ensure that all payments are made in accordance with the company’s financial policies and external compliance standards. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to resolve issues related to payment discrepancies while maintaining smooth communication with couriers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly courier payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Verify courier invoices and perform payment reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Resolve payment discrepancies, collaborating with couriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with financial reporting on payments and balances.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or financial analysis, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software, with 1C experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced usage of Kazakh language.
