Position: Amazon Reimbursement Specialist (Office-based, Night Shift – Almaty)

Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Night shift, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Almaty time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM New York time)
Work Format: Office only (no remote option)

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage reimbursement claims for lost or damaged inventory through Amazon (FBA).
* Submit and handle cases via Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
* Prepare and upload supporting documents, including invoices, Proof of Delivery (POD), and Bill of Lading (BOL).
* Communicate effectively with Amazon support, follow up on tickets, and challenge rejections.
* Keep accurate internal records of all submitted claims and recovered reimbursements.
* Coordinate closely with the U.S.-based team during aligned working hours.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience working with Amazon-related operations or e-commerce logistics.
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
* Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for daily communication and documentation.
* Attention to detail, ability to follow structured procedures, and persistence in claim resolution.
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Understanding of Amazon FBA logistics and reimbursement-related processes.
* Previous experience working night shifts or in an international work environment.
