Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of three after-sales service specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Business Process Optimization: Enhance and develop processes for managing vehicle releases and fleet management projects.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all vehicles meet company and Republic of Kazakhstan standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Achieve target performance indicators and report on progress to the Director.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee contractors' work, conduct on-site inspections, and ensure service quality.
  • Data Management: Oversee data entry and management of maintenance, repairs, tire fitting, and other services in internal systems.
  • Vehicle Registration: Manage vehicle registration processes, including issuance and re-issuance of certificates and license plates.
  • Insurance Analysis: Analyze market offerings for mandatory and voluntary vehicle insurance products.
  • Claims Management: Oversee analysis of insurance cases and assist clients with claims on mandatory and voluntary insurance.
  • Timely Insurance Coverage: Ensure timely insurance of company vehicles, employees, and property; manage obligations with insurance companies.
  • Client Communication: Ensure clients are informed about vehicle maintenance rules, operation guidelines, and procedures in case of accidents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely state technical inspections of company vehicles.
  • Cost Optimization: Assess and optimize insurance costs to reduce premiums.
  • Client Support: Provide guidance to the team in consulting clients on insurance cases and obtaining necessary documentation for insurance payments
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service, fleet management, or a related area within the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong organizational and management skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle technical and operational characteristics; familiarity with maintenance and repair documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to optimize business processes and work collaboratively.
