As our Department Assistant in the QRM team, you will:

  • Administrative Support: Create and maintain files, compile reports, make travel arrangements, and track expenses.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the QRM team.
  • Risk Management Assistance: Support team members in administrative tasks and assist with risk management procedures.
  • Internal Communication: Communicate with colleagues to address inquiries about company policies, procedures, and services.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

  • Hold a higher education degree (completed or final-year student).
  • Bring 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Are experienced PC user, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Russian.
  • Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions independently, and are highly attentive to details.
