Main Responsibilities:
- Deeply insight into customer network and wireless development trends, help customers formulate network construction strategies, guide the evolution to the target network, guide the customer's network construction direction, and assist customers in budget planning.
- Understand business requirements for customers and be able to translate them into technical requirements. Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities
- Facilitate better communications and understanding of market requirements
- Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers
- Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
Main Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Radio/ RAN communication principles and wireless products (GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR) architecture of Radio Access Network, including: Base station equipment, Antennas and passive components, DAS.
- Work experience on Radio Network Planning/Radio Network Optimization. Understand customer’s wireless network planning methodology.
- Familiar with tools and solutions such as network planning and network expansion. Analyze customer from the aspects of market environment, operation status, network strategic and network status to find their pain points and concerns. Provide appropriate product solutions for customers. Tackle the problem or solicit the required resource.
- Continuous learning capability, learning new technologies, product knowledge, and platform tools, etc.
- Strong communication and coordination ability, deliver key message to customer, strong customer service awareness, customer requirement understanding ability.
- Ability to bring people from different departments to the table, to create a safe environment for people, making sure their opinions are heard and addressed. Focus on the team’s success rather than individual wins.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to train and disseminate information.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
