Your day-to-day:

- Warehouse Management:
Coordinate warehouse operations and external storage according to shipment plans, ensuring all goods are accurately documented and comply with legal and company standards;
- Inventory & Documentation:
Oversee the accurate documentation and storage of goods movement to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, facilitating smooth operations;
- Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide necessary reports, and analyze any deviations to identify areas for improvement;
- Process Improvement:
Conduct evaluations of service quality and contract effectiveness, implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- Service Provider Coordination:
Manage the performance of service providers at external warehouses, ensuring adherence to established standards and contractual obligations;
- Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a stable service level for all shipments, enhancing overall supply chain performance;
- Budget & Team Management:
Oversee the warehouse budget and resource allocation, optimizing costs while supporting team development and ensuring high efficiency in operations.

What are we looking for:

- College/University, a minimum bachelor's degree in finance or industrial Management;
- Work experience at logistics – 2-3 years;
- Knowledge in logistics;
- Skills in processing and analysing statistics;
- Knowledge of the necessary provisions of the local labour legislation;
- WMS knowledge, Experienced user of MS office, U-track as an advantage.
