Duties:

1. Manage the end-to-end visa application process for employees traveling internationally.

   • Main responsibilities are listed below:

   • Preparation of documents and submitting work permit or work visa

   • Preparation of documents and submitting business visa

   • Visa cancelation / Exit visa procedures

   • Third country visa application support

   • Communicate visa requirements, processes, and timelines clearly to employees and relevant stakeholders.
   • Liaise with external vendors, such as visa agencies and consulates, to facilitate visa applications.
   • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize visa processing services.
   • Manage visa compliance regulation and corresponding training & enablement
   • Communication & relation maintenance with migration authority
   • Participate in visa supplier sourcing & certification, manage supplier performance & portfolio
   • Identify and mitigate risks associated with visa processing, such as delays or denials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience in visa processing, immigration law, or international travel coordination preferred.
• Strong understanding of visa requirements and regulations for various countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in immigration law or related field is a plus.
