• Innovation: Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
• Project Management: Experience managing HR tech projects from ideation to execution.
• Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.
