Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in HR technology, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR systems
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading HR tech teams and driving digital change.
• Innovation: Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
• Project Management: Experience managing HR tech projects from ideation to execution.
