We are looking for an experienced and proactive Treasury Officer who is based in Cyprus or willing to relocate. Key responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth execution of international payments, including traditional bank transfers (SEPA, SWIFT) and cryptocurrency transactions. You will be a key link in managing cash flow, interacting with banks and exchanges, and resolving compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting SEPA and SWIFT payments: from initiation to confirmation of funds receipt;
• Handling cryptocurrency transactions: sending, verification, interaction with exchanges;
• Maintaining an internal register of all payment operations;
• Communicating with banks and exchanges regarding compliance issues;
• Preparing responses to inquiries from banks (e.g., KYC/AML, source of funds, payment purposes);
• Monitoring the status of transfers, tracking errors, and resolving incidents;
• Analyzing payment channels: identifying optimal routes in terms of fees, speed, and jurisdiction.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
• At least 2 years of experience in treasury or accounting;
• Confident knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT payment mechanisms;
• Understanding of cryptocurrency transaction principles;
• Practical experience communicating with banks and exchanges regarding compliance issues (KYC/AML);
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written);
• Excellent skills in working with Excel / Google Sheets.
