Treasury and Reporting Controller

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Treasury and Reporting Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing cash flows, overseeing treasury operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support and control the company’s financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of payments, and control to ensure liquidity across the CIS countries.
• Verification of the grounds (primary accounting documents, contracts, etc.) and justification for payments.
• Daily interaction with banks regarding payments and various financing instruments.
• Preparation of annual budgets by country and consolidated budgets for the CIS region.
• Updating annual budgets by country and on a consolidated CIS level (3+9, 6+6, 9+3) when required.
• Preparation of monthly financial reporting for Kazakhstan and consolidated reporting for the CIS region.
• Review of monthly reporting of CIS countries and provision of methodological support.
• Control over period closing (monthly and annual close).
• Daily cooperation with accounting teams in CIS countries to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Participation in inventories upon request and in agreement with the line manager.
• Preparation of various ad hoc analyses and reports.
• Other operational tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education (finance, accounting).

• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial and management reporting.

• Experience in Big Four audit firms (minimum 2 years) is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

• High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.

• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Knowledge of Turkish language is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
