Job Summary

Manage(Collect/Arrange/Sort out) performance related data regularly/frequently for business strategy analysis purpose with using required programs Exell, SAP, Power BI. Lead activities of sales/marketing for promoting/monitoring wholesalers directly or in cooperation with related team. Develop new sales channels/regions and manage retailers including ISM(In-store management).

Duties and responsibilities

· Manage performance related data

• Implement actions resulting in distribution development;
• Set, analyze and report about sales plans, approval with management, ensure deployment of Sales strategies and activities;
• Ensure FF team operation in accordance with company goals, set targets;
• Prepare, confirm with the management, and set targets for FF;
• Track and control regional Field Force team performance against set targets, provide regular feedback;
• Coordinate and control execution of planned activities aimed to increase handling & visibility of KT&G brands;
• Motivate team members to reach set goals;
• Participate in negotiations with key partners in regions (local chains, WS, key volume building tobacconists);
• Increase loyalty towards KT&G brands and activities;
• Analyze of Field force activities;
• Evaluation of trade partners and proposals for contracts when needed;

Set/analyze KPI and provide performance review for the team and subordinates individually

· Any other tasks requested by the management and HQ

Qualifications

• Experience

- At least 5 years above of Experience Related to Tobacco industry as analitic

- Working experience in a cigarette company (JTI, PMI, BAT)

• Skills

- Language: Intermediate English

- Competent Skills of MS Office and Analyzing Data (Excell, Powre BI, SAP)

• Competent skills in MS Office (Word,Excel,PPT).
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Analyzing Data skills and techniques.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Related Major

Working conditions

• This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Work location is Almaty city and can have business trip if necessary
• The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the KT&G Business, and the position and duties may be expanded accordingly.
