What do we expect you to do?

• Manage operational shifts of airport services in the terminal
• Analyze the work of terminal services for each operational shift to ensure the quality of services provided and measures taken to implement them
• Solve issues of ensuring the functioning of operational shifts - communications, electricity, heat and water supply, catering

• Follow the approved procedures for aviation accidents, incidents, special cases in flight, aircraft damage, and ground emergencies

• Organize and personally oversee the implementation of the technological schedule for pre-flight preparation and post-flight maintenance

• Collect and analyze information for reports to management

What will you bring along?

• University degree preferrably Avialtion related
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managerial positions
• Excellent translation skills to both Kazakh and Russian
• Good understanding of Airport services and Aviation field
• Fluent Kazakh, English and Russian
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good time-management skills
