• Development and implementation of the company's IT strategy.
• Unification of IT policies and procedures within the holding.
• Work closely with the Information Security Department to ensure data protection and risk management.
• Development of IT competencies in the holding and training of employees.
• Supervision of IT initiatives and management of IT administration.
• Ensuring that IT initiatives are aligned with the company's business goals and contributing to their effectiveness.

• At least 10 years of IT experience, of which at least 5 years in a senior position.

• Work experience in large international companies will be an advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of IT strategies and IT initiative management.

• Experience in the development and implementation of IT systems, IT policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in the field of IT.

• Experience in working with information security and risk management.

• Team and project management skills.

• A confident user of MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience working with IT management systems (ITSM, ERP, CRM).
  Knowledge of project management tools and platforms (MS Project, MS Planner, JIRA).

• Language skills and proficiency:Kazakh (Fluent), Russian (Fluent), English (Fluent).
