The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. Responsibilities:

• Conducting technical interviews with Middle and Senior AQA JS candidates.
• Evaluating candidates strictly according to the established interview matrix.
• Completing feedback forms after each interview.
• Adhering to feedback procedures and timelines.
• Communicating with the hiring stakeholders in a dedicated chat.
• Responding promptly to interview requests.

Requirements:

• Experience as an AQA JS for 4 years.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and hands-on experience in test automation (AQA JS).
• Proficiency with modern test automation tools.
• Understanding of API, UI, and integration testing approaches.
• Experience conducting technical interviews.
• Willingness to work with flexible and irregular scheduling.
• Responsibility, ability to accurately complete assessment matrices, and meet feedback deadlines.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
