Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily store operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining staff discipline
• Develop business strategies to increase customer base, boost store traffic, and maximize profitability
• Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
• Analyze buying trends, customer needs, and store profitability
• Implement innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct staff performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career development
• Address and resolve any issues related to staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and high performance
• Oversee stock inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management
• Perform additional store management duties as needed

Requirements:

• English at an Intermediate level or higher
• Leader skills, analytical skills
• From 3 years of successful experience in team/store management in fashion retail
