The Global Tax Team is in search of an experienced Tax Compliance Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with consultants in countries, where the Group operates
• Participating in tax structuring of the Group s international operations and tax risk management
• Supervising the development of the Group s tax accounting methodologies
• Preparing financial models to assess the effectiveness of new tax strategies
• Participating in the implementation of tax strategies that would improve the Group s tax efficiency and reduce tax risks
• Looking after the accuracy of tax reporting process (completeness and deadlines) performed by outsourcing providers in main jurisdictions
• Provision of a tax support to local financial controllers and outsourcing providers when setting up the tax compliance in new jurisdictions
• Supporting the product and technology team when setting up the process of issuing invoices to users and automatic exchange of fiscal data with the local fiscal operators
• Identification of tax ineffectiveness based on the company's financial statements and accounts in cooperation with financial controllers
• Calculation of the amounts of the potential tax risks for the purposes of tax provisions

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics and law
• 4+ years of work experience in the field of tax consulting / tax compliance, or in tax department of an international company
• Understanding of the principles and trends of international taxation and tax planning (international tax conventions, EU directives, OECD initiatives, BEPS plan, etc.)
• Experience in the field of international taxation (Kazakhstan, Latin America, Brazil, South East Asia (SEA), India, USA, etc.) is a significant advantage
• Management and analytical skills
• Great command of English (Advanced)
