Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal IT support to all staff include Company Executives and Managers.
2. Provide emergency IT support at the situation of required by the Executives.
3. Support and maintenance scope include but not limited Servers and storages, Windows, Virtualization, Active Directory, file server, Exchange email, web server and OA,.
4. Write incident report, deployment documents, capability of analyze the root cause.
5. IT related purchasing and assets management.

Basic Requirement:

1. University degree in information technology;
2. English (B2 or higher)

Skill Requirement:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of Desktop IT operation and maintenance or System maintenance experience.
2. A knowledge and understanding of proactive incident and problem management，
3. Good experiences in install/configure/maintenance/troubleshooting virtualization, X86 server, Storages, windows server system, AD, Exchange, web server such as tomcat etc..
4. Has good concept for IT admin policies, able to planning, design office IT infrastructure.
5. Basic network knowledges, CCNA. HCNA is preferred.
