Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• Analyze SCM operations in terms of accuracy and correctness
• Ensure Capacities of various activities are created to support the business
• Create visibility through dashboards to support the transparency of SCM operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, managing, and distributing reports and other data-based documents
• Analyze data and validate its accuracy
• Maintaining, monitoring and reporting KPIs
• Analyze SCM operations
• Seek continuous improvements within SCM
• Manage costs for the DC, timely complete all the financial processes as required
• Monitor and report monthly actual costs and volumes compared to budget
• Problem solving, solutions and process management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Degree Level Qualification in Economics, Engineering or similar
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Power BI user (the candidate will create dashboards in Power BI)
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Analytical Skills    
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
• Ability to challenge the status-quo
