Responsibilities:

Deliver a dynamic Student Experience service that actively engages students.

Monitor student behaviour and wellbeing, offering timely support.

Answer student queries with a positive, approachable attitude.

Organize events, trips, and activities that support personal development beyond academics.

Use data and feedback to continuously improve services and student engagement.

Support Open Days, Induction week, Freshers Week, and career-related events.

Collaborate with teams to enhance admissions, registration, and internship opportunities.
