Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account, channel, and service teams to develop the IT market and achieve sales targets.
- Address customer requirements, including conducting workshops, Proof of Concepts (POC), bidding processes, and preparing quotations.
- Identify and manage IT leads and opportunities.
- Maintain and manage technical relationships with customers throughout projects.
- Support and assist in IT marketing events.
- Provide tailored IP solutions based on corporate customer needs.
- Promote Huawei IP solutions through workshops and other platforms.
- Present Huawei’s solutions at marketing events.
- Ensure ongoing, positive communication with customers.
- Act as an IP expert, supporting key IP projects and offering network market insights across various industries.
- Develop product solutions, prepare technical documentation for customers, and present at workshops and professional forums.
- Prepare quotations (configurations) for solutions and facilitate the bidding process, including responding to RFPs.
- Understand and assess customers’ business objectives and requirements, developing cost and revenue models for IT solutions.
- Explore IT business opportunities in vertical markets such as government, railway, energy, etc., focusing on servers, storage, data centers, and more.
- Lead customer discussions on business case aspects of pre-sales projects.
- Provide technical consultation and disseminate product information to the sales team.
- Contribute to team-building efforts, expanding the solution team with professional methodologies and approaches.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT solution technologies (Server, Storage, Cloud).
- Solid understanding of IP technologies (Routing and Switching, WLAN).
- Experience in IT/IP market management.
- Ability to position server and storage solutions and analyze competitiveness.
- Capability to translate customer requirements into solutions using Huawei IT products.
- Certifications in IT-related fields or ICT competition achievements are preferred (e.g., VMware, Huawei HCIX, HP).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications, computer science, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and presentation skills.
