Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Social Media Manager to join our small but dynamic marketing team. You'll work directly with the CMO (currently the sole person in marketing) and an experienced marketing professional from Ogilvy London. Your primary focus will be on managing social media, running paid ads, and analyzing performance during the critical first 3-month launch period. You'll also have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as we scale.
Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across Instagram and Facebook, aligning content with brand pillars: Cultural Fusion, Community, and Health & Wellness.
- Create and manage engaging posts, stories, and visuals that resonate with your audience.
- Work closely with the CMO on messaging and creative content.

Paid Social Media Advertising:
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Instagram/Facebook Ads).
- Manage and adjust budget allocation, A/B test creatives, and refine audience targeting for maximum ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Instagram Insights to track performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
- Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
- Set up UTM tracking to measure campaign effectiveness without a website or app.

Loyalty Program Development:
- Design and implement social media-based loyalty programs (contests, referral programs, engagement incentives).
- Build community engagement through interactive content like polls, quizzes, and UGC campaigns.

Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering relationships with followers.
- Build a strong community that reflects the brand's values and purpose.

Collaboration & Growth:
- Collaborate directly with the CMO, learning and contributing to high-level marketing discussions.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows, with the potential for higher compensation based on performance.
Hard Skills & Requirements:
- Social Media Management: 1-2 years managing brand accounts on Instagram/Facebook.
- Paid Advertising: Experience in creating and managing Facebook/Instagram Ads (targeting, budget management, A/B testing).
- Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in tracking key performance metrics like CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS using Facebook Ads Manager.
- Content Creation: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to create engaging visuals and posts.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Understanding how to translate data into actionable insights.
- Tracking & UTM: Experience setting up UTM parameters to track traffic sources and conversions.

During the first 3-month launch period, you’ll focus on core tasks, but with performance and initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and increase your compensation. You’ll also be working with industry experts, gaining invaluable experience in marketing and brand-building.
