We are looking for a dynamic and innovative SMM Manager to join our Markets team in Almaty / Astana.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all social media platforms for the company in Kazakhstan, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram. Additionally, provide support to colleagues from the Caucasus and Central Asia regions to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive content plan that aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with our target audience
• Produce engaging textual and visual content tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output
• Design, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to effectively reach and engage target audiences, leveraging both organic and paid strategies
• Regularly analyze competitor activities and audience insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal Market teams, including global teams, and business units. Actively engage with Partners to enhance their personal brand presence

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SMM, preferably within large-scale B2B companies
• Proficiency in utilizing a range of tools and platforms specifically designed to enhance audience engagement, track metrics, and optimize social media performance
• Exceptional command of both Russian and English languages; proficiency in Kazakh is a plus
• Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, content strategies, and creative content across various platforms
