inVisionU is looking for a proactive and creative SMM Specialist to shape our voice across social media. Your main playground will be Instagram, followed by LinkedIn and our soon-to-be-launched TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who not only generates ideas but also brings them to life: filming, editing, and writing with confidence and style.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, and help launch TikTok;

• Shoot video content (campus life, interviews, behind-the-scenes) using our equipment;

• Edit videos for Reels, Stories, Shorts, and posts;

• Write and adapt texts for each platform - from captions to storytelling posts;

• Follow the content calendar and meet deadlines;

• Propose content ideas and help refine our brand voice;

• Track engagement and contribute to content performance improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in SMM or related fields;

• Solid filming and basic video editing skills;

• Excellent command of Kazakh, Russian, and English - all three are a must;

• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone per platform;

• Proactivity, creativity, and a high sense of responsibility;

• Based in Almaty or willing to work on a hybrid model with regular on-site presence
