Senior Manager - Financial Institutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead the Financial Institutions (FI) Division within our Corporate Banking Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with financial institutions, structuring complex banking solutions, and driving business development efforts in line with the bank’s corporate strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the FI Division, developing and managing relationships with domestic and international financial institutions.
• Oversee the structuring and negotiation of corporate banking solutions, including trade finance, syndications, and other banking products.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the FI sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and the delivery of services to financial institution clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement strategies for business development, client acquisition, and portfolio growth within the FI sector.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, including trade finance, lending, and treasury services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
