1. Job Overview

The local Development Team Lead will be primarily responsible for web development projects, leading the team, managing team members, and ensuring successful project execution. The Team Lead will handle project planning, monitor development progress, ensure quality assurance, and communicate with clients.

2. Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in web development, including at least 2 years of team leadership experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Frameworks and Libraries: React, Node.js
  • Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs
  • Tools and Platforms: Git, CI/CD, Docker
• Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and the local language (both verbal and written)
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and team management abilities
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex issues quickly

3. Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Skills: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Business Acumen: Experience in a startup environment
