We have 30 years of expertise in designing and building custom software systems. We provide software development services focusing on complex high-load applications, AI and BI solutions, and mobile apps.

We are looking for a senior delphi developer to be involved in upgrading a Delphi application for a US company that provides assessment tools for every stage of the medical school journey.

The project is an online testing platform for medical schools (exams and testing).

The vacancy involves close cooperation with the American part of the team, so the working hours are shifted (from 3 PM to 9 PM CET (GMT+1)).

Responsibilities:

• Support projects specifically related to upgrading legacy applications to company-specified version of Delphi.
• In concert with the project team, ensure upgraded applications perform the same business functions as the legacy applications do.

• Ensure proper knowledge transfer among project team members to ensure new code is maintainable post-production.

• As needed, engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand their needs and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required experience and skills:

• Proven 5 years or more of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
• 5+ years of Delphi experience.
• Requirements gathering and clarification.

• Good communication skills.

• Team player and problem solving attitude.
• English language—at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
