We are looking for a SAP IT specialist to join our IT team and support our SAP system.

You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the SAP modules, ensuring data accuracy and security, and providing technical assistance to end users. You will also work on local IT issues and collaborate with other IT staff and external consultants.

Обязанности:

Monitor and maintain the SAP system, including performing backups, applying patches, and resolving errors.
Provide technical support and training to end users on SAP modules
Analyze and document business processes and requirements, and propose solutions using SAP functionalities.
Test and implement changes and enhancements to the SAP system, following change management procedures.
Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices, and adhere to data security and quality policies.
Work on local IT issues, such as network, hardware, software, and printer problems.
Coordinate with other IT staff and external consultants on SAP projects and tasks.
Stay updated on SAP trends and developments, and recommend improvements and innovations.
Cooperation with headquarters IT in Korea. For all necessary questions including: SAP System and moduls and parts related to this.

Требования:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in SAP system administration and support.
Knowledge of SAP modules, such as MM, PP, SD, and FI, and their integration.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues, and provide clear and concise documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team and with end users.
Experience in local IT support and maintenance.
Fluency in English. Good ability to communicate with Korean colleagues
