Sales representative manager position

We are OnLink Services, a stable company with 18 years of experience in promoting the leading international hotel brands in the regions of Russia & CIS.

Our friendly and professional international team invites the new Sales representative manager (remote work).

Sales representative manager position - to make outbound sales calls to existing or potential partners (travel agents in Russia & CIS). No cold calls, only warm database of partners. Calls including presentation of the hotels, sharing updates, search for sales leads. No direct sales.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠(!) Proficiency in Russian and English is a must (especially written and spoken too

•⁠ (!) ⁠Experience in the tourism or hotel industry

•⁠ ⁠Experience of promoting the products and services effectively over the phone.

Tasks:

✅ ⁠To make outbound sales calls to existing or potential customers. No cold calls, only warm database of partners. Calls including presentation of the hotels, sharing updates, search for sales leads to pass to the team. No direct sales. Build rapport and establish relationships with partners.

✅ ⁠Send follow-up emails to clients.

✅ Share the reports with the hotel partners & send the requests in English.

✅ ⁠Document sales calls as reports in the CRM system.

✅ ⁠Attend online weekly team meetings.

Conditions:

Salary plan: around 500 USD depending on experience

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00 Moscow time week days (potentially part time if the experience)
