• Stay informed about Kazakhstan's export market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.

• Bachelor's degree (any field).

• Demonstrated understanding of the freight forwarding and cargo transportation industry.

• Familiarity with Kazakhstan's export market and major trade routes (e.g., to China, Europe).

• Working proficiency in English is essential.

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
