Sales Associate (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in active business development and sales. The primary focus of this role will be engaging with prospective clients, leveraging strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese and Russian, to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Active Client Acquisition: Conduct cold calls, send out commercial proposals, and deliver product presentations to potential clients in both Chinese and Russian.

· Pipeline Management: Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date client, deal, and contact information.

· Relationship Building: Communicate regularly with new and existing clients to identify their needs, ensure customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business.

· Documentation: Prepare contracts, quotes, commercial proposals, and sales reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates must be a graduate of a Chinese university or have a university degree from Kazakhstan with a major specialization in Chinese Language (Sinology, Oriental Studies, Translation, etc.).

· Experience: No prior relevant job experience is required. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

· Language Proficiency:

o Chinese Language: Fluent/native proficiency is required (to conduct business communication).

o Russian Language: Fluent/native proficiency is required (for communication in Kazakhstan/CIS market).

English Language: Proficiency in English is a plus, but it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.

· Key Skills:

o Demonstrated drive, high motivation, and self-starter attitude.

o Very strong communication skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
