Sales/Account manager (office based)

We are an international consulting agency headquartered in Kazakhstan, and we are currently looking for an experienced and driven Account/Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This position is focused on delivering top-tier service quality, building strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction across English-speaking markets.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

• Work Format: Office based only (Almaty office)

• Salary: $1200 fixed base + monthly bonuses

Requirements (Applications without meeting these will not be considered):

• English level B2 or higher (both spoken and written)

• Strong skills in business communication and professional correspondence

• Confident user of PC and digital tools

• Key soft skills: empathy, persistence, flexibility, and emotional resilience

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and email (English only)

• Provide consultations and ongoing support to current users

• Maintain and updаtеclient records in the CRM and internal systems

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients

• Meet and exceed performance KPIs
