Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and managing the commercial activities within the assigned region. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, effective team management, and strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and key accounts
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team (supervisors and sales representatives)
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of company products
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives in the region
- Prepare regular reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG experience is a strong advantage)
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
