Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs;
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including (HH, LinkedIn, job fairs and events, referrals etc.);
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications;
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process;
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation;
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition;
- Support fresh graduate program;
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful hires;
- Familiarity with recruitment tools;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers at all levels;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
- Creative and proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent;
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Full-time position with standard office hours but flexibility may be required during peak recruitment periods;
