• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs;
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including (HH, LinkedIn, job fairs and events, referrals etc.);
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications;
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process;
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation;
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition;
• Support fresh graduate program;
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful hires;
• Familiarity with recruitment tools;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers at all levels;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Creative and proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent;
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Full-time position with standard office hours but flexibility may be required during peak recruitment periods;
