Following consistent annual growth of 70–80% and with even more ambitious plans ahead, we are expanding our recruitment team and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for roles from Junior to Senior level.

• Develop candidate profiles and hiring strategies tailored to each role.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and evaluation criteria.

• Create interview questions, evaluation forms, and test assignments.

• Use various sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.

• Apply diverse assessment methods to evaluate candidates effectively.

• Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ATS.

• Support onboarding of selected candidates.

• Participate in other HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles
• Fluent English (B2-C1)
• Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency
• Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 4 years, 2 of each in global recruitment
• Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus
