• Ensure that internal audits (self-diagnosis) including quality system audits and external audits are appropriately performed, corrective actions are identified, registered and followed.
• Verify that appropriate statistical methods are employed (where necessary) to detect recurring quality problems according to CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• Provide quality management system training and organize quality training.
• Coordinate change management process in manufacturing, ensure manufacturing processes, documents and systems are up to date.
• Lead claim (internal and external) process. Ensure non-conforming material and products are identified to reveal the root cause and preventive / corrective actions are in place with proper follow-up and reporting.
• Lead product certification process, coordinate and organize required actions to timely obtain required certifications results.

• Related university graduate (Bachelor's degree)

• 3+ years in Quality system management in tobacco industry/FMCG

• English language: Upper-Intermediate

• Knowledge of SAP

• Work schedule: 08:00-17:00/09:00-18:00
